Yes, he currently doesn't have time. I don't see why that if there's no status update(s) from Greg himself within some arbitrary timeframe that it could mean the project has been abandoned forever.

So I'm sure you've encountered this problem before because I've heard OC can't be edited or something but I wanted to ask anyway. So when I try to import a face file and click apply changes it freezes and the CMD exe in the backround pops up with these messages:

can anywone give me some support how i can import dds files like Arms or faces ? if i do this the game crashes so TMB told me its a bug of the Explorer is it possible to edit this without Red MC ?

If you're wanting to do textures then just make sure the dds you're importing is 512x512. 1024x1024 crashes for some reason.

Is there a work around on how can I still used this tool while NBA 2K15 is on? because when I "Apply Changes" while the game is on and I got "Error 13" or "Permission denied".

no, the game shouldnt be open when you use the tool

I know that's why I'm asking "Is there a work around on how to use it while the game is open?" because like the previous games the tool can make changes while the game is on, and you can instantly see the result that you work for.
