Mystery MC3 - What is RED MC Editor's MCE file?

I'm new here.

I believe this file is for player mocap data. I exported using RC MC Ed but can't find how to import into blender. ** I saw something on media clip i think.

Can anyone explain how to import the MC3 file into blender?

Is there any info on this file format's structure?

What way are you using to target the mc3 data to player 3d model & rig?
