Jesus Christ TBM, if you're going to be giving an answer you might as well put a bit of effort into the it... I see this everywhere with you. To answer your question Johnny as of right now 3D editing isn't implemented in the current version of the mod tool. The Mod tool being 2K explorer by Greg, here's a link:
