In this tutorial, I'm editing the Golden State Warrior's Away Jersey.

First, click the "Select" tab at the top part of Photoshop. In the dropdown menu, click "Color Range" and it should change your mouse pointer to a color picker. Click any color that you want to edit. You will also see the option "Fuzziness" in there. You may experiment with that for yourself.

I clicked the yellowish part of the jersey to select all the parts that has the same color; Click ok. It now looks like this.

As you can see, it picked every yellow-colored part of the jersey including the logo.
After that, pick the color that you want to use and just paint it all over the texture. Don't worry, it wont affect the blue, white, and black parts since it should only paint on the yellow parts.
After doing what I did to the yellow parts, I also did that to the primary color of the jersey, blue.
