While in game I try downloading your roster and I get this message every single time:
"This save file is corrupted, and cannot be loaded."

You know how to fix it ? The only way to use your roster is to manually put it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR STEAM ACCOUNT (random number)\282350\remote ?

Rosters do NOT work if you manually put them in. The reason is to prevent torrenters. I have not heard any reports of this error so it's either an issue regarding your PC or you torrented the game, which is a bannable offense on these forums.

Next is position edits according to Basketball Reference (http://www.basketball-reference.com/). At the bottom of every player's page in the "Play-by-Play" section, it tells you the percentage each player has played at their respective positions. Anything over 15% will be added.

EX:
Rockets SG/SF James Harden (http://www.basketball-reference.com/pla ... eja01.html)
PG: 1%
SG: 83%
SF: 15%
PF: 1%
C: 0%

Harden will be made SG/SF. If his percentage for SF fell below 15%, I'd just make him a SG.

NOTE: This WILL adjust ratings. Some players on NBA 2K15 are labeled PF/SF when they SHOULD be labeled SF/PF, or they're labeled PG/SG when they SHOULD be labeled SG/PG, etc etc. I will be making these changes and it will affect ratings for some players, both positively and negatively.

Some players will be exempt from this process, such as too small of a sample size, no playing time, or completely against their career history.

Getting started on position edits. Going to hammer them out in the next hour or so. But first, quick little rant...

I just started on the Jazz and have already made 3 changes through 5 players. One player I changed is PF Trevor Booker. In the game, he is labeled a Power Forward with a secondary position as a Center (PF/C). But, if you look at Basketball Reference, here is what you find:



Trevor Booker has never played more than 1% of his plays as a Center... How exactly does that warrant being a Center as a backup!? 2K is absolutely horrible with position edits. If anything, if you're going to be wrong that is, he should be a PF/SF. BUT, he's neither. I have him labeled a PF in my latest update.

As you can see, lots of errors. It's pretty unacceptable how inaccurate these positions are, but oh well. Here are the changes.

I might release a small update in the next 10-15 minutes or so. I'm going to go through the recent transactions and verify they have the correct jersey number on their new teams.

Not really sure what I'm going to do next. I might do playbooks for players and teams according to vannwolfhawk's thread over at OperationSports (http://www.operationsports.com/forums/n ... hread.html).

Also, the Pistons waived SF Josh Smith. He's been released to Free Agency until he finds a team. (Personally hope the Rockets sign him and turn him into his original position at PF. We could use him!)
