How to unlock more upgrades?

Is the only way to unlock more upgrades to play more games? I've maxed out Defense, Rebounding, and Athlete, but absolutely stink in playmaking, inside shooting, and outside shooting and have no more upgrades left. Also how else do you get upgrades beyond 95? Same way?

Play, play, and play. More upgrades will unlock as you continue to... play.

Is it my imagination? Or did they just slow down and limit the upgrades with the latest patch? I seem to have had access to upgrades up to 95 in all levels provided I had enough VC but after the patch, those upgrades are gone even though I have enough VC?

After patch #3, i got many upgrades =) but i had'nt enough VC And if your overall rating more than 90,you received upgrades slowly, for more games and better "statistic"

Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I have noticed that when teammate or Rivers compliments something about my game (pts, rebs, asts, defence, ...) I got another upgrade.

This totally sucks. So I finally got my player to an 88 rating and then they promptly shut down all my upgrades. I just played about 5 games and they finally gave me 1 upgrade. 1 upgrade in one category! Are you serious? At this rate, I'll never get my player to >95.

I play 12 min quarters and each game takes forever to finish (yeah, I know, I'm trying to average a triple double for the season and that's the only way to do it.). I'm sure if I wanted to do it the easy way, I could down it to 3 min quarters and just collect the salary and upgrades, but I like averaging an A+ rating and 43, 13, 13. And just when I will finally get my player to 99, 2k16 will come out and we start all over again. I'm not even playing for the pleasure of it anymore, just for the upgrades. Sucks.

And another thing: these after game scrimmages are a total waste of time. The retarded generic mulatto coach chews me out after saying our pick and roll sucked (after a quad double 45-16-15-10 from me and we won by 21). So every single play in the stupid practice, I ran a pick and roll. You get 5 minutes to up the grade from a C. With a crappy camera angle. So I manage a B+. Pretty good huh? He chews me a new one. WTF does he want? I ran a stupid pick and roll every single time down the court and set picks for all my teammates. Retarded. AI really needs to be improved in this aspect.

you can change camera in scrimmages with pressing the left system button (back, select, etc) - you just have to list through them

Really? Thanks man. That takes away one minor aggravation of the forced practices. PRACTICE! We talking about PRACTICE!

I have to say - 2k15's myplayer, for all its flaws, really gives you a first person look into the mindset of a rookie NBA player. You start to 1) hate the coach and tune him out 2) demand a trade after your schit teammate bobbles a perfectly placed assist pass and you score 60 and STILL lose the game. I'm totally beginning to understand people like Allen Iverson and Cousins and Sprewell now. Personality-wise, I'm much more Tim Duncan than AI but after playing MyPlayer, I freaking can't stand this POS coach and want to choke him.

How does this spam gibberish work? Used to get it all the time in my inbox but what are they even selling? Isn't the whole point of spam to scam you out of something? That won't work if you have no idea what they're spouting off on.
