Ok guys i've been experimenting with GEMFX, a cool tool with a lot of potential for tons of games. Big props to LuciferHawk for creating it.
http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?672484-Generic-GEMFX-Version-1-0-6I have two betas, very much works in progress, but since time is in short supply these days, I thought I would upload both in current state. My thinking is that I can finish faster with some feedback. Again, neither are perfect--far from it--and I haven't test on all courts or My Park.
The first is "stratus beta", which adds some fog, atmosphere type effects. I based it on V4 lighting overhaul (loosely). GEMFX allows the combination of sweetfx shaders, but doesn't include all of the newer ones (like black/white levels etc) so I tried my best to replicate the look while adding the atmosphere effects. it's a monster--so it will effect performance. I will continue to optimize.

GEMFX has two preset shaders that replicate the look of enb with respect to enbpalatte. There are problems--the whites are a blown out (I can fix this) and it screws with the color blue i.e. changes colors of courts / jerseys (I'm not sure if I can fix this). I haven't spent much time on this beta but I wanted to upload to show the potential. There are some atmosphere effects included in this one as well.

Also, Reshade is out, which is money. Win 8.1 users don't have to use radeonpro to force sweetfx for most games any longer. it isn't much of an issue now for nba 2k15 because we found a efx+sweetfx combo that works, but still, for all other games it's just great. I think there are folks working on cool shaders, and you can import them yourself if you wish. But it already works with sweetfx (there is a combo beta).
To install the betas
Download using links above
Remove all sweetfx files from NBA 2K15 directory (if you are currently using sweetfx). Save first for easy revert or just redownload here on this site.
Unpack all the GEMFX files (one beta at a time, obviously) and copy and paste the files into main NBA 2k15 dir.
Fire it up.
Note you still can't use precision, afterburner etc... BUT you can turn on Steam's ingame overlay. For whatever reason it works with GEMFX (but doesn't work with efx+sweetfx, so don't forget to turn off the overlay if you revert back to sweetfx). Using Steam's overlay was the only way I could take screenshots, since all the other programs seem to be incompatible with GEMFX.
If you want to tweak the GEMFX files yourself, double click on "GEMFX_Configurator.exe" once you've copied it (and all other GEMFX files) over to the NBA 2k15 directory.
I'm out the next few days traveling but will check in. GL!
