Why is fiba not in nba live 2001? can i convert other fiba patches for it?thanks

EA didn't have the FIBA license at the time. It's been a long while so I can't remember if anyone ever made a FIBA patch for NBA Live 2001, but if they did, it's long gone now.
A conversion is probably feasible, but likely difficult, and would certainly take a lot of time and effort.

I remember that Kq had done a patch, but they are all gone.
