Players got black shoes even home or away

all my players got black shoes. my character / myplayer is totally black. i tried do take a screenshot but it didn't work either.

anybody knows this problem or how to fix it?

Whats your gpu? Sounds like dx api/shader issue.

I got the same problem.

I have a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650

All drivers are up to date.
I've heard that with NVIDIA you can tweek some 3d settings, but what about Radeon?

I don't want to hear the harsh truth that my Graphic card is too weak.
