NBA 2k14 pc lag

i have a dell vostro 1510 laptop and when i load 2k with all the settings on low everything for practice runs smooth except for scrimmage and when i load a game/my player/association it also lags i have tried taking out the crowd.iff file but still lags what is another thing that i can do?

More RAM, updated graphics card, better processor. So just upgrade! I use an ACER laptop I bought for about $300 and it works fantastic for 2k14 high settings and 2k15 low settings

Your laptop isn't going to run that game acceptably. So yeah, beg mom and dad for a new laptop for Christmas or something.
