Realistic sliders ?

[I Hate Mondays]

What sliders do you guys use for a realistic feeling ? on what difficulty ? I get like 120 points per game with the default sliders, no matter the difficulty. I try to slow things down, run plays etc. but the PC take his shots very fats, especially on fast breaks and I have to keep up with his scoring.
