MyPLAYER Face @ PC

Hi,
does any of you know how to change my MyPLAYER face to make it look like one of the NBA players? For example I've seen a guy with exact same face like LeBron has @ MyPARK. I'd like to make my MyPLAYER guy to look like Karl Malone though and I don't know how to do that, can anyone help? I know that it is possible but no clue how to do that.

To be safe, you might want to use an offline MyCareer for this, though, so you don't possibly get banned.
