Talk about NBA 2K15 here.
Sun Oct 12, 2014 9:52 am
As most of you are probably aware, NBA 2K15 PC is a port of the PlayStation 4/Xbox One version. As such, the file formats have changed somewhat, which means that we need to figure everything out again.
Please feel free to use the Help & Requests section as we work on figuring everything out. The Releases & Previews section should
only be used to work that is being previewed, or released. That section isn't to be used to make requests, ask about when we'll be able to mod files, or anything else except previewing works in progress, and releasing work for download.
We'll try to keep this thread updated with a quick reference of what's currently possible; feel free to give us a heads up when the list needs to be updated.
Please do not ask for advice or tutorials here; that is what the Tutorials section is for. That section will be filled with the appropriate resources, as they're created.
What's Currently Possible- Custom rosters created in-game
- Custom Draft Classes (in-game)
- ENB/SweetFX Tweaks
- External manipulation via trainers
- Face Texture Editing
- Jersey Texture Editing
- Basketball Texture Editing
- Shoe Texture Editing
- Lighting Editing

Add trainers to the list. Although there are none released quite yet, it's completely possible.

If you're going to come with a bold statement like that, I certainly hope a follow up thread describing this in detail is forthcoming...

Did you take my advice and tested the file SYNC.BIN inside the 'local' folder?

i haven't read anything about your advice because i discovered it last 2weeks ago .. this is just the first time i visited this site so i'm sharing it ..
But you are correct SYNC file from local folder was the one storing roster files info and court updates then rostermanifest was the one storing roster/draft class name when saving it ..
so regardless of the userdata used SYNC will work for everyone but SYNC.bin needs to be connected online for it to be updated even just once every 2k update !!
I uploaded my SYNC.file and rostermanifest already also couple of downloaded offline rosters some already tested it and working so that's our fix for now ..
check my thread

Sure i'll get familiarized here first then i will create a thread for this ..
but FYI only needed file will be the SYNC.bin (at first some thought it was just a cache file but needed for offline rosters) and rostermanifest !! a nice workaround for the meantime ..

Indeed. If someone could provide me with a quick summary so that I don't miss anything, I'll update the first post as soon as I can.

Cyberface Editing
Jersey Editing
Dornas Editing
Basketball Editing
Shoe Editing
Lighting Editing (According to SJ, it is possible)
Draft Class Editing
Headshape Editing
thats all I could think of right now

Dorna editing isn't possible. Neither is headshape editing.
Fri May 08, 2015 4:49 pm
Maybe it is best to say texture editing.

Just add CF editing

If it accounts to anything, offline roster sharing does work.

Odd, not sure why I left that off the list. I'll add it.

Doesn't it only work with the pirated version of the game? That's not something we're going to promote.
