NBA 2K15 No Sounds

Hi all. I've Installed NBA 2K15 and there is nou sounds at all no music playing, no commentators, no nothing. Has somebody experienced the same problem and maybe know the solution? I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit. Thanks

Directx installed or nah?

So windows 8.1 already has directx init. Or I need to install it myself?
