NBA Today stuck on October 14th, 2014

Is anyone else having this issue with "NBA Today" stuck on October 14th and "The news tracker" not updating? It`s like nothing is being synced since the 14th (that's when I activated my game on steam). i tried logging out of my steam account but that did not work. Any ideas? Suggestions?

It's only updated once (Oct 14th) since the game has been released and it hasn't changed since.
It's been over a week now. Pretty sad. Same thing every year.

I really wish they would just get rid of this feature. If you can't get it to work reliably than just ditch it IMO.

I agree. Something simple as syncing info from nba`s website should not be a problem. At least I know that it`s not only me because I was going crazy looking for solution.

We're aware and trying to restore the functionality ASAP.

I thought it wouldn't update until the season started.

Good news! I just played some ball and the NBA today is working again together with news tracker (at least for today; we shall see how it goes tomorrow).

It's supposed to update for preseason games too.
