Also, this forum has some of the best spammers around, and when you're bored it's a great way of using bandwidth... if I want quality posting I go somewhere else. If I want some quick fun I go here. It's like NBA Hangtime vs. NBA Live.

Actually I was thinking about the idiots at NLSC and the idiots at .org, and surprisingly our idiots are actually smarter. I'm yet to see anyone judge a player by their NBA Live rating OR see someone who thinks Stojakovic plays for the Bobcats.

That being said.... I've never seen anyone at .org called an annoying piece of paper.

I think when you look at the upper tier posters (if you can call it that) there are definately better boards than this one. Though the morons are the same everywhere indeed. Probably because they are the same people on different boards

The NLSC "upper tier" got kinda torn into 2... then er, torn into about 2/3 ... which is a shame really, because I reckon if everyone was still posting here it'd be pretty cool.

Yes it did, and yes it would, but I also think that a bit of competition only makes for (forced) improvement of the patches, websites and forums.

You're right that competition forces improved patches, I'm not sure if it's forced an improvement in the forums though. Neither .org or NLSC forums are as good as it used to be, that being said I never bothered with patches or anything like that so the forum's really the only thing I care about... no wonder all of my players looked dodgy in Live 2000

Well the #1 goal of both websites is still improving NBA Live. Patches are one way, suggestions for improvements are another and there are some more ofcourse. I haven't been around here about Live 2005 but I know that on .org the discussions about Live and the suggestions for it have been very good.

Live 2005 is another thing I haven't been paying too much attention to, purely because I'm going to buy it regardless of who says it's gonna be rubbish or not. I don't know what I missed while I was in England, but it just seems curious to me that some people don't feel they can post here. Again I don't know what might have happened, but it just seems a bit stupid.
