Buying VC

For some reason I just can't buy any VC when I select the amount in the menu to proceeds to a loading/purchasing but stays there. Any one have this problem or have a fix? I've tried asking 2ksupport but that seems to be a waste as three days have passed without a response from them.

Can you access Steam overlay while in-game?
