TBM, well dude, today i was able to play first time online because of 2k online issue, so please understand i dont know about this issue. Simply post solution if u got one.

Untrue. I play with the X360 controller with no issues at all.

It's not a joke, it's a workaround I found out because I always have two pads plugged. It's clearly a major bug that needs to be fixed, don't shoot me.
Have you tried running Big Picture and launching the game from there?

Check that you gamepad is turn on before entering the game (app).
