Re: ADVISE: DONT BUY 2K15

I heard that Leftos inserted code into the game where he can make it run worse or better for you depending on how much he likes you. It was the one thing he worked all year, so you can't call him lazy.

Benji's at it again.

As for Leftos: I am very pleased with what you and 2K decided to do with the PC community this year, and for years to come. :applaud: A tremendous round of applause to you and your development team. We are here to HELP your team, as you help our community. Don't EVER think that we do not appreciate what you guys have done, and will continue to do for us PC Gamers. I await patiently for more updates and fixes.

That's great for the people that have a system that can run the game. Most will have to upgrade, since this new next-gen technology requires massive resources. From what I've been hearing, people that have older computers need not waste their time, is that true?

That I can understand. When playing Forza Horizon 2, for example, which is permanently locked to 30 FPS, I don't really notice it that much. Changing from 60 to 30 makes the difference more apparent, unfortunately, but we're not about to lock the whole game to 30 FPS. We've made the conscious choice to make the game look as pretty as possible in close-ups and drop the framerate since it doesn't affect gameplay, but the difference is there. Oh well!

Why would the framerate be locked on closeups on PC? Why not just let it go as high as someones rig can handle? Or are you just referring to consoles?

Well, I bought my PC less than a year ago. "Dedicated to next-gen gaming". Don't like where the gaming industry is going. Who the hell needs 4K gaming!!!! This is ridiculous. They should spend their resources on writers, to make the story unique and exciting experience. Talking about the industry as a whole.

Only on consoles. PC doesn't lock to 30 in cut scenes.
