The name of this thread should be changed to Olympic Basketball.

We haven't talked about the past for a few pages.

SBS are hardly showing any mens games at all, and actually those games will most likely be trimmed to fit into the viewing schedule. They're actually showing more womens basketball than mens...

All the NBA coverage is on pay TV, there's nothing on the free-to-air networks. I'm not sure if NBA TV is offered with any of the pay TV providers.

Also, basketball is alot more popular in Europe so the NBA would be more inclined to spread their coverage there, as opposed to Oceania and Australia/New Zealand especially where it's popularity is relatively low.

no. it is a TV channel. There is NBA TV on Turkey for 3 years. In first 2 years it was on an expensive satellite called "Digiturk". (10x more expensive then cable.) But by the end of the finals it came to cable. And we have cable for 6 years. it is very good you know. Everyday 2 legend matches.A show which shows the career of a legend. A summer league match. And NBA Jam or kinda programs. it has been my favourite channel no doubt.

According to the TV guide (for the aussies) there'll be some men's B-ball on saturday night (I think)... too bad it'll probably be the Boomers (n) :D

Fuckin hell even the Turks get Nba coverage. Their buildings can't stand straight for more than a minute, but they get NBA TV...

Apparently we'll get to see some Boomers vs USA during Prime's coverage. It should be a little better than their coverage of the 2000 Games, since they mainly focused on the events that Australia was winning medals in.

You share these happenings in your life with us as if we care.

Sorry, I had to. It was rude, I'm sorry.

Btw, that body part is called a wrist. Suicidal people slash those to bleed to death.

What's it supposed to represent?
