Bug description: Can not type names properly

Platform (PC/PS4/Xbox One): PC

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: When, for example you type a name, I use a controller, the Y button is the select letter button, (right?) everything I select becomes letter Y. Even if I am 'hovering' on another letter.

Oh yea, this happens to me as well. I have to use my mouse to write my name in.

Bug description: MyPARK is empty for many(If not all) PC players

Bug description: The volume settings in the options reset after every game. Have to change them for every game. Also applies to changing frequency of replays and after basket cuts.

Bug description: Hair Texture Problem

Platform (PC/PS4/Xbox One): PC

Game Mode: Quick Game, Blacktop, etc.

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: When playing a game even on max settings, some the hair of players such as Nick Young, Jeremy Lin, Dr. J, etc has a weird deterioration at the top of the hair when looking from afar in-game but not during replays or closeups.

Bug description: Problem with the resolution

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: no matter of what resolution I choose to play, I play either on widescreen or zoomed in (two black bars appear on screen, one on the top and one on the bottom of the screen, and it becomes like you are watching a movie ). The aspect ratio fix, it's also not working, beacause when you turn it off, the screen is zoomed in... a lot..... an when it's on... you have this problem with the black bars.

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen:Doesn't seem to be reproducible, appears to happen randomly. Three things all happen at once, I've had the game delete my roster file, full screen windowed mode break to where I can't switch windows, and deleted created players un-delete themselves. All three of these things seem to happen at the same time.

Last time it happened I was trying MyLeague mode. I noticed it this time when I saw Jarvis Varnado on the 76ers when in the roster file I had saved he was released in place of Chris Johnson. When I started the MyLeague Johnson WAS on the 76ers and Varnado was a free agent. When I saw Varnado back on the Sixers halfway through the season, I checked the league transaction log. Not a thing mentioned about Varnado signing or Johnson being released (which he was when I checked the free agent pool). It's like the game switched back to the default roster IN THE MIDDLE of MyLeague.

After quitting back out to the main menu, I tried to load up my saved roster and it was gone. When I made a new roster the Created Players section showed the test CAP I had made the previous day, even though he was deleted right after I made him (was trying the new CAP process out).

I tried to bring up a browser window I had open at the time but I was unable to get it to work. Even though the options menu still had Full Screen Windowed listed, it was acting like it was regular Full Screen mode.

It's like the game isn't saving options and they're resetting to default at the same time.

i have the same Problem
sometimes i works sometimes it happens.. seems to have to specific trigger

someone else said it helps if you try to select the letters you want with the Mouse
havent tried that yet

Bug description: Crowd is empty in post game highlights

1. Start a quick game (or any game mode really)
2. Win by 10+ points
3. go to the box score after the game
4. push "Y" on a player to watch the highlights
5. notice there is nobody in the crowd even when the highlights are from the 1st quarter

i have the same Problem
sometimes i works sometimes it happens.. seems to have to specific trigger

someone else said it helps if you try to select the letters you want with the Mouse
havent tried that yet

It has been reported that if you take your cursor with the mouse and make sure it is not hovering over the keyboard (e.g. tuck it away in the top right corner of your screen) that it alleviates this, and that it is not, in fact, a bug. I haven't played the game yet, but I've read this in at least two places. Best of luck.

Bug description: Problem with the resolution

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; I have a desktop resolution of 1440 x 900 but I play any game in 1680 x 1050. In game this resolution are present. The max resolution is that from my desktop. I also try to change config file with notepad but won't work.

Agreed. It's basically ANY player with a hair model. Its extremely upsetting because it basically ruins the appearance of the players and negates the whole point of having such high resolutions. I noticed this on some of the previews from PS4 and XBOX, so I doubt this will get fixed, but this is my main gripe as well--and I consider it a big one.

Bug description: Screens turns black when mouse is not moving

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; Screen turns black after few minutes while I am playing, when I move the mouse it goes back on, pretty annoying.
It's just like when you leave your pc with screen on, after few minutes it turns off, the same happens when I am playing the game.

The game worked fine for 2 days and this morning when I started it up it says my account is expired. I logged in to my account on the 2K website and tried the email verification then and it said account was already verified. I then read the faq and it said if you are using the same email from previous 2K games, you do not need to verify your email. So it turns out I didn't even need to verify, yet game still says my account is expired. Submitted tickets to 2K and Steam this morning with no reply.

Specific steps to reproduce the bug: everytime we try to play the game when online. This is actually not only my problem but most of my kababayan(pinoys) is having the same issue. Game doesnt hang when its not connected to 2k server. Pls fix your servers.

i have this problem also. I'm limited to offline quick games and have to go through the stupid account setup every time i launch the game.

Bug description: Missing Shots

Platform (PC/PS4/Xbox One): PC

Game Mode: My Career

Specific steps to reproduce the bug, if not applicable, what causes it to happen: Usually during the second half of a game my characters shooting stats drop and most shots turns red, no matter how close I am to the perfect mark. When it's yellow the shot still doesn't fall. and its not like i cant play I average about 20+ points shooting over 60% in the first half then it drops to around 10% in the second and that is only because of layups.
