PC can't have face scanning in it's current, advanced form because webcams aren't as powerful as the Kinect and PS camera, which both have depth sensors. Most PC could get is that old school, way less accurate, taking a single picture and having it try to use that.

When modders get cracking I assume you'll be able to make your own cyberface to use for yourself in either my player or create a player... i cant wait for that....
2K's face creation is horrible, they seemingly give you all the options you want to change everything on your face, yet everyone turns out like some version of the same geico caveman

The most PC would get is... well, the Kinect actually works for Windows.

Kinect is also 200 dollars on PC and is not sold for consumers, but rather developers. Also, nobody has Kinect for PC. Face scanning on PC would be completely unused.

For game like FIFA, face scan was starting with webcam on pc, and don't tell me that games like Facerig doesn't proves that pc can do it.. But it's maybe just because it would be less easy for PC than console...

In NBA Live 2000 and 2001, you had to put a good quality photo of your face to put it in game. The face scan system of these games worked with that method, which I think is better and could be implemented to NBA 2K15 perfectly.
