need help

hi guys, i downloaded my copy from steam, was excited to play the game, so i opened it not knowing that i need to create a my player account, so i alt+f4ed it cause ill be late for school, now when i ran it, i already have a myplayer account and my vc is 0, i prepurchased the game so how much should i have and how can i get that? and how can i reset the game to its "first ran" state

I started off with 0 VC as well. With The MyPlayer registration all I put in was my email address and that was it.
