Substitution patterns

The patterns in real games are alright but what about in the rookie and all star games? Will we see the substitution style made popular by those games where a lot of people get a chance to play and get equal minutes?

We discussed this a while back. I think it would definitely enhance the All-Star Weekend mode if the All-Star and Rookie games featured different substitution patterns to regular contests. Sliders usually did the trick in NBA Live 2004 but the results weren't always perfect.
