Pre-ordering NBA 2k15 on PC (doubtful)

So is it true that there will be no scrapped features? I bought 2K13 2 years ago because of the all-star DLC but it was like a slap in the face when they scrapped it from PC version.:/ So should I?

The PC version has all the same modes as the PS4/X1 version.
