Will MyLeague/MyGM saves be transferrable from year to year like in MLB the Show?

If I'm in the middle of a season in 2K15 and I suddenly realize there are more than 20 players missing from the roster, is it going to be easy to add them? Or will I have to create them one by one, rating by rating and use a tool to assign a cyberface to them?

1. I have been playing NBA 2k franchise mode for a long time as you know. I always notice that the teams that have good to great talent have mediocre records or worst. Will this be fixed in My league??? I notice it more on 14-29 game seasons. Ex: Spurs 90 overall but miss the playoffs or 1st round knockout.

2. What is the logic behind Coaching ratings? Generic coaches with A ratings across the board would boost teams to the upper 80's and 90's but the talent didn't match therefore creating an unbalance ratings across the league. Also they had the same play books and team sliders.

2a. Coaching Hiring and Firing logic??? WILL THE ASSISTANT TAKE OVER OR WILL THEY HIRE ANOTHER COACH OR BOTH.

You know how if you press Y before a game starts you can choose alt arenas? I think it would be relatively easy for dev team to add the "blacktop court" to that for all games, I would really like that!

Leftos, have screens/picks been improved? In 2K14, when you set a screen, the CPU would just stand in some random spot instead of setting up on an actual player.
