What do you mean about 2K15?

I'm getting a steady 60 on my i5 3570 and HD7850 at highest settings in the launcher, And still a steady 60 when i pump up the graphics options in CCC.

This is FIFA 14 with Motion blur and a slightly better physics engine.

Did FIFA 14 have the pretty grass?

i know but why it looks like 14?
its rather polished old engine than new next gen, remember new fifa on ps3? compared with pc version? that was next gen. remember nba live 08? compared with nba 2k9? that was next gen.
Fifa 15 looks very similar to 13/14 and biggest change are ofc menus+ new cutscenes and some new animations. I have my jaw on place.

I have to agree. Nice and smooth gameplay with new cut-scenes and improved presentation, but otherwise its feels as just an update..nothing uber surprising or impressive.
Anyone knows whether FIFA 15 will include Online Teamplay (2vs2,3vs3,4vs4..), which was excluded from FIFA 14?

FIFA15 looks fucking terrible. Way worse than my FIFA14
It has this terrible Blur/Pixeled DoF thing in Background, that looks terrible

Some people are having problems running it. Mostly on laptops or with older video cards.

And that's when I tell people "No shit, Sherlock".
Seriously, people want more realistic, better looking games, but they want to run it on 10 years old hardware.

if we can run this on really low end laptop(400$) it means this game runs on everything, sry man, we must upgrade our hardware one time per 5-7years, its really nothing big.

considering that the requierements are quite a bit higher on Fifa 15 i am pretty happy that it ran pretty good on high settings
adding to that, Demos are usually not fully optimized.. so even if you get 1-2 lags/stutters..could be the Demo

but after playing it. i dont know how comparable it will be.. Double the players,.. 3 times bigger Arena 8-10 times more Crowd, grass simulation :D ^^

it could be a good omen for 2k15.. it could mean absolutly nothing.. im not quite sure^^

2K15 has much higher resolution textures, though.

it could be an omen for better or worse or tell you absolutly nothing^^

I would wait until the NBA 2k15 demo then buy the game
Best way to see if it can actually run on our PCs

There is no demo.

Link me on where 2K said there will be no demo.
But if that's true, that's lame. I wouldn't preorder a game if there's no guarantee that my PC can run it.

there never was a PC Demo before

You should understand that there are many players that don't know the differences in performance of a Desktop PC and a laptop. If they have a laptop that can play 2K14, they might assume they can play 2K15. Inevitably there will be many in this situation. But they won't be able to just upgrade their video card in most of those cases. I just ordered a GTX 770 for $300 from new egg, less than the low end $400 laptop you mentioned. But they are going to have to spend a lot more on a new gaming laptop or switch it up and buy a new decent PC. Trust me, soon after release this forum and others like it are going to be lit up with people complaining that the game is running too choppy or it looks like crap because they had to turn all the settings down.

Laptops are not made for Gaming. Every 500$ PC has more power than most of these 2000€ "Gaming"-Laptops! Powerful GPUs need good cooling and in Laptops you just don't have the Space for it. ;)
A Desktop always gets you way more Performance for your money.

While it doesn't necessarily mean we won't get one this time, it does seem highly unlikely. At this juncture, I'm not counting on one.

From memory, there wasn't actually a demo for NBA 2K14 on PS4/X1 last year, either.

thats the risk of lets call it "lazy gaming" i dont mean that as an insult.. what i mean by that is many just play "at the side" they are playing some Sport Games and maybe some older games and thats it..
but up until now even for 2k14PC it didnt take much of a PC and even every decent office Laptop could run it

but now suddenly you need a halway decent Desktop Pc or a really good laptop
i share youre concern.. this forums will burst after release with people dont understanding why a Next Gen Game wont run on their 5yo Laptop

@crazy_me_87

Exactly. When it comes to a sports game, you are going to have a higher percentage of casual gamers.
