Go to device manager, the name of your card is listed under display adapters.

Yeah, you're gonna need a graphics card or a PS4.

Personally, I would buy a graphics card, but since you seem to not be very familiar with computers, and the fact that you'd probably need a new computer case and most certainly a new power supply, I'd say you should go with the PS4.

It really would be a bit complicated. Unless you want to buy a new computer altogether, really, a PS4 is your best bet.

Why would it be "INSANE AND LAZY"? If you want to get a game that's good with your available cheap disk space, go play The Sims 4. LAZY?! C'mon, the Developers added insane and new things unlike Current-Gen! If you wanted them to cut some features like MyGM or MyCareer just to goddamn reduce the size of the game, then go and rant about it! I always hear avid 2k gamers wanting this and that to be added in the next game, a wishlist. Now, the Devs are almost doing all of it but some of you ungrateful little ***** can't suck it up and just enjoy the game. SMH, on the "Lazy" thing. Bish please, if the Devs were lazy enough, then we shouldn't have gotten EVERY DAMN FEATURE from the PS4 version of the game.

If it doesn't have the Next-Generation Graphics, what do you call it then? A Kobe23-gen game? :facepalm2: :facepalm2: :facepalm2: :turrible:

I have to agree with Kevin on this. I think maybe you are not really grasping the concept of hard drive disk space and how it is used. Hi-res textures take up space on the hard drive no matter what the devs do. The same goes for hours of commentary and speech files. Videos and images, jerseys and courts, animations and code all take up space. All of the games assets are going to have to be stored on the hard drive and next gen is going to have a lot more than we have had in the past. You can compress those files at the cost of load times and pauses in the game but who would want that? I just don't get it. It's like somebody that goes out and buys a huge TV and complains that it's going to be difficult to fit it in through their front door.

50GB is the least concerning considering that if you buy the DVD version it would be very quick to install! I know from previous experience installing Max Payne 3 which is 35GB it was a pretty quick installation. Plus CD/DVD Drives are cheap nowadays, so nothing to worry about.

In fact we should be happy that the games minimum and recommended requirements are pretty low. Because if you compare it to FIFA 15 PC which requires a Quad Core and 4GB RAM just for the minimum, while for Recommended it would require 8GB RAM. Whereas you'll only need 2GB and a Dual Core CPU while 4GB RAM for recommended for NBA 2K15. I personally think we would be able to run it almost maxed out even with a Quad Core as long as you have a decent graphics card.

Now if you look at Game Debate CPU Comparisons between both the ones enlisted for NBA 2K15 and FIFA 15 Recommended CPU Requirement it says... In terms of overall gaming performance, the Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz (FIFA 15 Recommended CPU) is significantly better than the Intel Core i7-860 Quad 2.80GHz (NBA 2K15 Recommended CPU) when it comes to running the latest games.

That means that even the Recommended Requirements for NBA 2K15 are much lower than that of FIFA 15 this year. This suggests that NBA 2K15 is much more likely to run smoothly than FIFA 15 would under a similar spec PC! While FIFA 15 may only require 15 GB Hard Disk Space. I'm much more concerned about running FIFA 15 than I am for NBA 2K15! Not to mention that over the last few years from my own experience & observation NBA 2K has been much better optimized on the PC than FIFA has!

That's not needed at all though. I've had a 400GB storage drive for nearly 10 years now. I have a 2TB inside my computer right now. I don't think I've seen a computer with a HDD less than 500GB (except for SSDs that have a second storage drive). If you are on a desktop, adding a second drive is one of the easiest things you can do. Especially when 500GB drives are only around the $60 mark.
Opinions are my own.

Why on earth would you need to use ssd for this game? It's not huge open world game like skyrim which loads entite locations on the fly.
A SSD will just speed up loading time of each game, practice, etc but won't improve (mesureably) actual performance.

Yeah, an SSD for this game would be extremely useless. I have a 120gb SSD, and really, all you need an SSD for is your OS, browser, and like one or two open world games. I'll probably use my SSD for GTA V to hopefully help with texture pop-ins, but for 2K15? No.

Hadley88, this argument was.....not the best one, im from poor part of UE, i have 750GB in my laptop, 1GB in my desktop. Hard drives are cheap as hell from 5 years. If your pc spec are ready to launch nba 2k15, hard drive cant be your problem. Complain about hdd free space is just stupid really.

An SSD would not be useless. 2K writes replay information to the hard drive as you play the game so it can play back the highlights and gametrack plays. The difference might be negligible, but there can be one. Also, if you are going to be capturing video while playing the game, it can be a huge performance booster in that regard. Other than load times and capturing while playing, using and SSD over a HDD only benefits load times.
