(Installation Problem) I can only choose either repair /remove

When I open my setup.exe for my NBA 2K14, I can only choose either repair /remove. I have tried this for like 10 times and i still can't install it and i can't find any solution on the internet. Please help me !
PS: I tried this trick by just renaming '' nba2k14.ms_ '' to '' nba2K14.msi '' and launch setup from that file but no luck
