ok anyways
lets see well your CPU will have a hard time.. remember we dont know for sure what it will take to run the Game but a DualCore from 2008 is propably not going to cut it. maybe the game will start.. but if its really playable.. i would not want to put my hand in the fire for that
right 3GB Ram is really screaming for an update if youre at it update to 8GB Ram is usually not that expensive
and regarding the Graphics Cards you posted: honestly i would not buy any of this you can get newer and stronger Cards for the same money
also the Geforce GTX 210 doesnt support Directx 11 so thats useless
i cant speak for the philippines but if you are willing to buy used, you can get a Radeon 7790 or a Geforce GTX 550ti for around 70$
but i would advise you and anyone, if you can.. save some more and invest in at least a Radeon R7 260 or 265 or a Geforce GTX 750ti they are only around $100-120 and are way more modern, have quite good perfomance and most importantly have ongoing Driver support compared to the really old cards!!!

sry if that was depressing but i'd rather be honest here
do you mean if you should buy and used CPU or a new one??
well that would depend.. if you can get a relative good one it has not to be ultra-new but CPUs are not that expensive as they were a few years back you can get a solid new one for under 100$
but please remember.. i am not a PC Specialist of any kind... and i do not know what the game in the end will need
so take it with a grain of salt and my advise would be.. dont buy anything NOW.. wait till at least the requierements are officially released
because then you know for certian what you need to upgrade and we can help you much better
this advise would be for anyone!!!

ok i see, no you cant "upgrade" a CPU other than maybe Overclocking it but that wont be enough with you CPU and i wont advise Overclocking unless you know what youre doing!!
you always switch your complete CPU so yeah you would have to buy a new one
you also have to make sure your mainboard and the new CPU fits, if you really have no idea what you are doing try to ask around maybe a friend knows about this stuff and can help you choose the right one and maybe even install it.
its a bit risky to mod your PC if you dont know anything about it, you can learn it no problem but it would be best if somewhone with knowlege would help you directly!

your CPU should just be enough(just as mine i have a comparable one the Intel Q9550)
with your GPU it will start because it supports DX11 but no one knows how well it will run
good idea of upgrading the Ram!BaubaS wrote:Oh, and by the way, would it be much difference between these three machines playing on High:

its really up to you.. whats a bit performance now and a bit more future security worth to you?

see, just make sure you get a Graphics Card that can do Directx11 and a solid CPU and a bit more Ram and you will be fine

I need to get 60 FPS for playing online. Experience shows, that if you get less than 60 fps in the benchmark, than the online games will lag.
I will upgrade my CPU in the near future, I think.

you will most likely get 60 fps on lowest so when you want to play online switch to lowest settings but when ur playing offline u can bump up the settings to medium and get 30-40 fps. you should upgrade your cpu
