It's cool, no need to apologize. I don't have any problems with you posting that link. It's just a game forum on internet, no biggie.
Just make sure you're not posing session IDs, usernames, etc in URLs. In some cases it can be harmful to your network security.

Maybe they are trying to mimic what happened with the LeBron story. You know how everybody was wondering where LeBron was going to go and Chris Sheridan had staked his reputation on his report that LBJ was going back to Cleveland days before his announcement on the Sports Illustrated site.

Now everybody is wondering if it's a PS3/360 or PS4/XB1 port. So it gets "Leaked" to a relatively obscure website. This is far fetched I know, but if it comes out that this guy is right, the similarities are striking. It would make for a good story.

Same feelings here. Exactly the same feeling I had for FIFA 15 PC becoming next-gen. I wasn't surprised because I knew EA Sports wouldn't want to give us a PS3 port or else I wouldn't buy it. Yet at the same time I felt who knows, maybe they might betray us again. The lesson from which EA Sports learnt from PS2 recycling ports that caused their sales to suffer.

Now if 2K were to follow the same route like what EA did with FIFA 04-10 same recycled PS2 ports. Their NBA 2K PC sales will suffer! 2K will be the ones last laughing, not me.

If the same 2K Sports company released MLB 2K on PC which has had dramatically fewer sales than any NBA 2K game on PC. Yet we then have doubts about whether NBA 2K was going to be released at all on the PC. It actually wouldn't make sense to be honest. Why would 2K be releasing NBA 2K PC for the 7th year in a row and then we suddenly have doubts casted about the game being released this year?

Now of-course next-gen is a different matter. We can cast our doubts on that, but not really for a canceled PC release, as that would bring zero revenue.

If the same 2K Sports company released MLB 2K on PC which has had dramatically fewer sales than any NBA 2K game on PC.

The reason the MLB 2k series sold terribly on PC was because the MLB 2k series was complete and utter shit, The MLB 2k series was pumped out to make money on 360 and Wii players that had no options, While MVP Baseball 2005 was still considered to be a much better game on PC.

Well, I can see two possibilities with current state of pricing etc:
1) We'll get fully featured last-gen version and it will be last NBA 2K for PC for a while.
2) We'll get current-gen version and PC will get yearly releases as well.

PC is more dominant here in Europe and in China and while basketball might not be the most popular sport in Europe, I believe there is good fanbase here. And speaking of China - basketball (and NBA at that matter) is getting quite popular over there...

2K15 will even release before X1/PS4 are officialy released in my country lol. And I'm planning on getting myself GTX 870 anyway.

Сontroversial conclusion. PC version of 2k11 cut down graphically (the main cut – self-shadowing) and some feautres missed compared to the console versions of 2k11. In my opinion the most closer to NG – 2k9 PC.
