rezise the pic to 64x64 pixels with the paint shop or photoshop
use the tool magic wand to select the background of the photo
delete the background save the photo as bmp
open the xprtteam.viv file in the render folder of your nba live folder
with eagraph chose file extract and extract one of the fsh files
open the fish file with you just extract with eagraph
and import the photo wich you want to use as portrait
choose import wizzard /import an existing external file/next
after this chose the the tools in eagraph /pallete workbech /star/save color information/close and open colors/edit transparency/star/save
open again the tools /pallete workbench/chose opacity and move to zero/chose update /save .
now you can import the file to the xprtteam.viv
rename your fish file to the name of your player with capslock on
open xprtteam.viv with eagraph chose import wizzard /add files to an external tar /specify a new or existing tar /choose the xprtteam file/ok
choose add /your fish file/next ... and your file is add to xprtteam.viv file
and you are in the game
this will work only to created players with cyberface in xplayer folder
you can change the portrait of a existing nba player with the same method
