I have to assume things since you don't explain the logic behind. How do you capture ball handling ability in number? Do we go by TO per points produced? Or you score players for dribbling, cross over, court vision(while handling the ball), sick moves lol, etc etc?

Something like ball handling turnovers per possession used would be a reasonable summary.

Whole East posted on the projections, including Cavs with Love trade, along with a few West teams.

None of the records are league scaled (they're set against the same "standard league", not each other), so it's more important as to relative rankings. I will scale them when I've done them all.
