My body is ready for 2k15

BTW since Steve Kerr is new Warriors' coach Shaq could be his replacement in 2K15.
Would explain why he was at the "announcement announcement" earlier.
It would also mean we are getting brand new commentator lines
Mon Jul 14, 2014 10:21 pm
Finally haha, it can be funny
Tue Jul 15, 2014 3:17 am
Or maybe we are getting a Shaqtin' a Fool thing on the game! Lol

Found some image. Some guy sent an email to 2k with the question will there be NG on the PC, because he wants to know for pre-order it. And that's what 2k answered

HA!

Yeah, you can say that again

Thanks 2K, thank you very very much for this groundbreaking answer, and professional insight.
Regardless, I sense I special announcement coming up VERY soon, and it will be showcasing NG footage, and at the bottom of the trailer: "NEXT-GEN FOOTAGE CAPTURED FROM PS4, XBOXONE, and PC"

Or something like that.

In all fairness, technical support isn't really the place to get insider tidbits on the upcoming game, and they can only say what they've been given permission to say.
Right now, 2K aren't revealing much information about the game on any platform. As such, we just have to be patient.

Better confirmation than what I got
Thank you for contacting 2K Games Support and for your question.
Although there is no information to release on this topic, we appreciate the fact that you are interested in our games and recommend staying tuned to @2K on Twitter and
https://blog.2k.com/ for all announcements related to upcoming games.
Best Regards,
Deborah

Maybe you're right. But on any platforms (last-gen next gen consoles) people already know what version they will receive, and for example, surely can do pre-order the game right now. This does not apply only for PC players...
And in my opinion, the information about what port receive PC not have some titbit.

I though I would go to NBA 2K's twitter page. Look what I found lol

On the other hand I just checked up on the FB preorder app and the only thing they say in fine print is that to receive KD preorder pack you have to have valid 2K account and the game (obviously).
Outside US there's also fine print about preorder pack not available for PSN.
Plus outside US we'll get slightly different bonus - US have throwback KD MyTEAM card and the rest have choice of international player card (makes sense). So I'll be able to get diamond Jan Vesely!

Official NBA 2K15 cover announced.
More announcements should follow soon.

BestBuy now has the PC version of 2K15, $60 and no new info, other than saying it is on 1 disc.
Wed Jul 16, 2014 12:07 am
Remember, too. 1 disc doesn't mean anything, since most next-gen games on PC are 1 disc because PC files can be much more compressed than console. That's how you can have a 20gb game on PC, but the console version has a 50gb install and shit like that.

Which they say for every version, I wouldn't pay much attention to it.
TBH I don't even have an optical drive for several years now.
But now that they've revealed box cover I think we can expect more info soon. It's a start

Quite bullshit. Battlefield 4 was released on 3DVDs, Max Payne 3 was released on 4 DVDs...
Talking about compression is pointless. If NBA 2k is still released on 1DVD it will be old gen port, but it's still better than nothing (regarding other sport game, I can talk of FIFA 15 here, it will require ~20GB on HDD).
