How Do I make custom uniforms?

Can anyone please teach me how to fully customize uniforms. What I mean by that is to remove the whole uniform and replace it with a custom uniform.
Help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What you need is to edit the jesey files like uh = home and ua= away they are the iff files and is followed by 2 numbers. Jao has a tutorial in youtube.
