Game Crashes During Day Simulation

In season mode, in late November, when I try to sim through a day to play a game, 2K14 crashes. Any fix for this?

If nobody can answer that, is there at least a way to get copy the season file roster to a regular .ROS file with RED MC?

Anyone? Someone's gotta be able to at least answer the 2nd question.
