Just a few lineup suggestions for next update.

Chicago: Shouldn’t Antonio Davis be the starting PF instead of Tyson Chandler?

Cleveland: Shouldn’t Eric Snew be the starting PG instead of Jeff McInnis

Dallas: Won’t their best linup be this: C – Dirk Nowitski, PF – Antoine Walker, SF – Michael Finley, SG – Jerry Stackhouse, PG – Tony Delk

Detroit: PF – Antoino McDyess, SF – Rasheed Wallace, Tayshuan Prince on the bench

Golden State: Derek Fisher starting PG instead of Speedy Claxton

Minnesota: Sczerbiak starting SF, Sprewell starting SG

San Antonio: Starting SG Brent Barry instead of Manu Ginobili

80s Allstar – Hakeem Olajuwon as starting Center and Moses on the bench.

Headband to Deshawn Stevenson
Braids to Tyronn Lue and Richard Hamilton

Bonus: If you want you can include my Patrick Ewing patch to the next roster update so you don’t have to use the generic one.

Thanks for the corrections. I'm very happy to use your Patrick Ewing face with the current roster update as well.

In regards to the changes:

• I'm guessing Chandler will start this year, but that's easily fixed.
• I heard that Snow would be coming off the bench in Cleveland, but again that's easily fixed.
• I'm informed that Nowitzki is unsuitable at centre and is unlikely to start there, so he's back at power forward.
• I'm pretty sure 'Dyess will be coming off the bench...sad to see a once promising career take such a turn.
• I was just guessing, I heard Speedy will start, but once again, easily fixed.
• I guess it depends if Hassell returns. If he does, they'll probably keep Spree at SF with Hassell as the starting SG.
• I wasn't sure whether Manu would start or not. I'll make that change.
• I'll start Hakeem on the 80s All-Stars too.

And I'll update Deshawn Stevenson's headband attribute and the hair attribute for Lue and Hamilton.

Well atleast I got 1 right outta of 8 (Hakeem in the 80s)

My guess is as good as yours. I'm happy to make projected lineup changes, so if anyone hears anything that I don't, I'd like to know.

my comments are based on all the articles i have read. i spend at least an hours reading for nba articles from different sites everyday. hope this helps.
- coach paul silas stressed that jeff mcinnis is his man bec. he did a great job last season. he said that jeff will not be replaced in the starting lineup. eric snow will come off the bench. silas wants to try if mcinnis and snow can play them both at the same time.

- mavericks has vowed to go big. they are trying their best to land a center. nowitzki will be a pf this season. walker is on the trading block. pg is either devin harris or marquis daniels.

- speedy claxton will start.

- i also think sczerbiak will be sf and spree sg. both starters.

- manu ginobilli will start as sg. brent barry will backup both tony parker and ginobilli. devin brown will be their energy guy off the bench, ginobilli's role last season.

duncan's overall is higher, which is just what he deserves.

here are some more suggestions:
Bruce bowen 3 pt too low.
nowitzki shot (3pt-76) shot 34% for the 03-04 season.
derek fisher (3pt-77) shot 29% for the 03-04 season.
paul pierce (3pt-80) shot 29% for the 03-04 season.
micheal redd (3 pt-88) shot 35% for the 03-04 season.

bruce bowen (3pt-70) shot 36% for the 03-04 season.
38% for the playoffs.
we also have to consider that he shoots really well from the corners. and that it's his job to shoot three's to open up things for duncan. i suggest his rating to be around 72-75.

No,you just open it in Exel and then you copy only equipment fields[415 to BP]and then you paste it to your roster in same fields.

Don't be afraid to rate players dunk rating in the 90's. You're not gonna tell me Okafor is a better dunker than JR Smith. Man, I'm such a dunk rating critic...

spree is sf and wally is sg so they may both start but they will start with spree still at sf (this is according to nba and espn.com), so i have a feelin it just might be true, but if not, show me the article that says otherwise

and speaking of positions, sum positions for players are incorrect, so check on those...to get you on the right track..like i said wally is playin g/f, and steven jackson is also gonna be a g/f (not sure if he'll start though over miller), and dalembert is a c/f,and i do know will start at c next season, so just look into those

Disagree. I might've said to start Snow in another thread, but McInnis will be the starter. However, I stand by the fact that Snow should be rated higher.

I'd be suprised if Stack starts or is even on the team. Delk won't start. Dallas is always a tricky one thanks to their coach. If you want realistic minutes go with this:
C - Dirk, PF - Walker (or Walker at C, Dirk at PF), SF - Finley, SG - Daniels, PG - Harris
If you want a more realistic lineup (the above will be used for short stints but not for long in RL):
C - Booth, PF - Dirk, SF - Walker SG - Finley PG - Daniels/Harris

This is probably the toughest call and will most likely flip flop a bit during the season. However, I do think Pop will go back to Manu being the 6th man, so BB starts (agree).

BTW, for Chapu (Andre Nocioni), new player the Bulls signed from Argentina (or are almost done, hopefully this is done, it's been "imminent" for almost 2 months), he's very similar to Matt Harpring. He's a very aggressive slasher who isn't afraid to dunk (check 2000 Olympics, he dunked over KG and has dunked over Big Ben and TD I believe). Outside shot is mediocre, very intense player, good rebounder (for a 6'7" man). However, not quick enough to guard 2's, very strong for his size as well. Good defender. I would make him around Loul Deng's rating, with Nocioni starting.

There were several sources saying both woul be starting with Snow at PG and McInnis at SG - who knows what really will happen

As Andrew said, this depends on what happens with Hassel - if he leaves you'd probably be right

A really tough one but I assume Barry will be the one to be benched because of his playmaking abilities - he'll back up PG and SG

As far as Dallas is concerned a lot depends on matchups, they're going to use a whole lot of lineups. Looking at their roster I'd say they're not done dealing yet

NJ: Probably both Rogers and Harris will be gone so I wouldn't put them at starting spots - Buford should be starting SG instead, PF ... well don't ask me, Scalabrine maybe ?

HOU: Marc Jackson is a FA, replace him with Gaines on the active roster. Gaines primary position is PG

ORL: D. Howards 3pt rating has to be at least in the mid 20s to give him his 18-20ft range

GS: Foyle is their starting center with Davis backing him up, Dampier is looking for a different team

BOS: LaFrentz starting PF ? Is he even healthy ?

MIA: R. Butler should be starting at SF

IND: Jackson should replace Miller in the starting lineup

PHI: No way Coleman will be starting over Dalembert. I doubt he'll even be on 76er's active roster so activate Jackson instead

There are sources that say this, but my two cents is that Silas would be crazy to do this and the game would really screwy. NBA Live 04 isn't smart enough in terms of sub patterns to also play McInnis at backup point for the majority of the time when Snow sits on the bench.

I respectfully disagree. There are only two things Wagner can do on the court - slash and shoot. His % is low because he takes bad shots, which IMO means his OAware should be low (50s, don't know what it is right now).

Don't know if I mentioned this already but J Bender should have a block rating in the mid 60s.

If I had to put money on things, I would say Marquis Daniels would start Point Guard. I have heard rumors that Dallas is trying to acquire Jason Kidd, so if they get him, I think we will all be shutting up about who might start Point Guard. .

Harris will start, Scalabrine will start.

Doubtful as NJ seems to be leaning towards towards shipping him out while going for Mercer

But have they shipped him out yet? He's most familiar with the team and system and until he's a goner, I think he should start.
