Body Skin tones: Editing Pale Legs?

Is there a tutorial on editing the skin tones of the legs by chance? I managed to fix a players upper body skin along with his CF but his legs are too light? How do I edit this? I didn't see a file for it in his CF DDS. Only the face and arms.

skin tone is controlled by the roster entry for the player

there are chinese trainers that can edit it for now, but I recommend waiting on a roster editor.

using the 2Kx tool, you need to edit textures in the global.iff file

search for legs and you will find them.
