NBA Modify Master help!!!

hi i have searched for a long time and i cant find the thread where i can d/l the program nba 2kx modify master. IF sum1 cud help me find that thread or a place where i can d/l it, dat wud be great. i tried to download it off the main site buh it takes me to a chinese site and i dun noe how to d/l it. lol. well ne help wud be great thnx a lot.

thnx guys for all ur help in finding da program. i use dbcommander buh its jus dat dis program, it was a little easier to do certain things like contract and generate rookies. i could do it with dbcommander buh with this it saves a lil time. buh thnx for ur help.
