Graphic Problem in Menus NBA 2K14

Hey guys, first sorry for my english (i'm brazilian), I installed the game, found it all great, however the menu is with this error. The players are acting as if they were at least, but the game is maximum during matches is perfect graphs, spiked wheel with 75 fps. I installed dx even though already installed but stays the same. This problem does not hinder the gameplay itself, but I wanted to address it to bother me, now googled and not found anyone with this problem.
