In all Wades i have seen in this forum, the head is too big for the body, thats the reason why he looks like a small child. So try to resize the head with oedit and make it smaller, then it will be perfect!

a few tips : make the lower lip wider by widening the end of the lower lip.after that make the lower lip abit thinner than the upper lip.after that bring down each end of the upper lip to make it match with the lower lip
