SJ's reign global mod, and stadium mod

I am new in nba 2k modding.
I downloaded SJ's reign global mod and AC4.
What is the different between each version?
What does lagoa, kitai and NG arm?
So which version you guys use?

The court's reflection is not good compare to PS4
Which mod should I use to enhance the reflection and make it looks better?
I searched a mod by Jaosming but I wanna know if you guys have better mod.

To install the mod I just need to put global.iff into 2k14 directory, right?

yep, iff file into the main directory, keep backups of your original files.

I made those courts the first week/day the game came out, people have made much better ones since then. Unfortunately I do not have any specific ones to recommend though.
