90's NBA on NBC presentation

Is anybody that is capable and willing. Try to put together a NBA on NBC full presentation w/scoreboard like in the Jordan era in the 90's. This will go great with Hawk23 UBR. One was made for NBA 2K12 even had the music for it. That was great stuff.
