how do you make a cyberface not have a smile in the game

I made a vince carter with a smiling vince picture then when I am done his mouth looks deformed its terrible what should I do but I see other patchers put smiling faces on the bhed and there dont smile in the game what should I do?

just blend it with the original bhed,or edit it in o edit the UV Map
