Customart Patch Not Working

I tried downloading the Self-Executing Patch off of EASports.com, I thot it had worked, and I enabled Customart. I downloaded a bunch of patches (cyberfaces, jerseys, logos...). They all showed up in the game fine, but when I try to play a game and get to the loading ball, it fills up all the way and sends me back to my desktop. Plz help me fix this problem, it rele pisses me off

Do you have a legal game & did you enable customart like this

Yes, i did enable it that way, and i do have a legal game, how else do i able customart?

Download this http://www.nbalive.org/download.php?f=219 or this one ftp://ftp.ea.com/pub/easports/patches/nbalive2004/ if neither one works for you I don't know what else to do for you or it may be dbf issue in one your files.

thnx 4 the linx, but i have already tried those patches and reinstalled my game around 3 times

i was in the same boat as you, i dloaded the ea patch but i just keep getting an error message when i tryed to install it. i even emailed ea who asked me some more questions to help me and then never got back to me so i guess they didnt have an answer either
try adding your patches with the EA Graphics editer.
