Generic Hairtypes

Hey Can Someone make a patch for the generic hairtypes of generated players to darken the hair.

I am a little tired of rookies coming in the league with grey hair, and no one has worn a part in thier hair since 1995(save Reggie Miller)

Or can someone at least tell me how to do it. thanx.

(I'll probably figure out how to do it within the next few hours but still...)

Ok now when I modify the beards to make them darker the players who have the beards turn up Grey. How to correct this?
