My Career Crashes in the 1st game of the 2nd Season

Is there a solution to this? is this a patch for this bug?

There are no official patches for NBA 2K14 PC. At this point, there's unlikely to be one either.

Have you modified your MyCAREER save in any way, with a trainer for example?

yup. i did... but just with the cheat engine... will that cause the crash?

It's certainly possible that it's corrupted the save file in some way, causing issues once you advance to the second season. There's likely no fix for that, except to start over or restore from a recent backup before you made any changes. That's the risk you run when you modify MyCAREER saves, unfortunately.
