NBA2k14 Lag High fps

hi, i have problem with my nba 2k14, before i play it without lag, but now i don't know what happen it's laggy when i play. fps in the beggining is 110+ and after about 3-5mins drops to 40-60fps ang its laggy please help. thanks
specs of my pc is
motherboard: MSI MS-7522
processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHz (8 CPUs)
memory: 1pc 4GB, 2pcs 2GB = 8GB total
System type: 64-bit Operating System
VC: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT
HD: 1pc 320GB, 3 pcs 1TB

9800 gt? That is a system bottleneck right there.

Got a 120hz monitor? If you do and you have Vsync turned on then the framerate will drop to 60 anytime it is under 120. Turn it off.

It's possible that your antivirus is scanning in the background. 2K is constantly writing to the hard drive for replay purposes and you need to add an exception to that folder to stop the antivirus from scanning the files constantly as 2K writes them.

Using the Task Manager, set 2K14 to high priority. It could help if other programs are stealing computer time. In other words, you should be ending background processes.

I tried to reinstall the game, as of now its good, i can't say it's no lag, just little. its now playable.
fps now is 57-61
