Vlad, how do I edit the height and weight of the auto-generated rookies in Association? I've edited the Rookie_Template heights but nothing has changed. I'm trying to make all the average heights shorter.

You can use the free verion to adapt any roster using the turk files, a paid license is only needed to edit asociation files. So, put the .turk files (‘Sig Shot Adapter.turk’ and ‘Sig Shots for the Stars.turk’) in your RED MC \Scripts folder, open your roster and click on TURK > Sig Shot Adapter, to adapt the roster:

and them on TURK > Sig Shots for the Stars to asign animations to some players.

Save the roster and load it in game. And have fun!

You only have to use the turk files one time per roster, them save the changes in RED MC and you don't need to edit your roster again, just load it in game.

HAWK23 wrote:Glad you brought this up... I thought it was some funky thing being incorrectly converted with my rosters from 2K12.... are we looking at another hidden field, similar to what you were able to find in 2K12 with the "play initiator" where big men were dribbling the ball up the court. Remember you were able to find that hidden field and we determined some PFs and Cs were given this attribute, once removed they started acting normal again. Is there something going on with Power Forwards hanging around the 3pt arc and jacking up 3's?

Mine don't shoot 3s, but they do stand there. Even at 0 3PT, 0 Spotup, 25 3PT parameters, they still do. I honestly think this is related to Playbooks. I changed bases and copied everything just to get rid of this bug.

I've noticed this also, Chris Humphries was just standing around the 3 pt arch, and we all know he doesn't shoot 3's. Hope you guys find a solution.

Avast says that it's a dropper virus, IDK cause I've already downloaded RED, and it used to work, but now the antivirus doesn't allow me to run the file.

SOLVED: Malwarebytes found no virus, problem "solved".

I was wondering if I wanted to purchase a license/REDitor for 2k10 using the old REDitor v1 is there a way to purchase that?
I recently began modding 2k10 again (LINK: viewtopic.php?f=125&t=94790  )
and would like to possibly add draft classes, jerseys, etc. Or if this possible for free I'm interested in that also

Help!

Problem importing players.csv...
What is the exact extension that should be used? Im using excel 2013 and 2010.
• CSV (Comma Delimited)
• CSV (MS-Dos)
• CSV (Macintosh)

Tried each of them to no avail.

I tested using the freshly exported players.csv and saved as, importing success but the changes doesn't show up. Any help from anyone is greatly appreciated. Thanks

P.S. Noticed that the exported csv is about 3MB while upon resaving, it is reduced to 1.5MB

I dont know if it matters but the stat years are in reverse for drafted new guys the year always stays 1900 but if he has been in the league say 11 years in Reditor will read it as year 0 and his rookie year would be year 11 not a huge deal but a pain to fix after I figured it out lol

I believe, it is the same for every player. StatY0 is the current/latest season, while StatY19 is the season, he played like 19 years ago.

Also, where are the Retired Numbers for teams located?

Unfortunately, i wasn't able to locate them in roster files. :(

Vladz I also have this weird 3 PT Spotting Up thing with all power forwards in my rosters. I wonder why that is?

As you already mentioned, it is probably caused by several plays in playbooks being broken.

What does IsUnused line do and mean in RED MC players tab ?

Nothing really, it's rather just an in-roster indicator. You can use it to tag some players for whatever reason.

I was wondering if I wanted to purchase a license/REDitor for 2k10 using the old REDitor v1 is there a way to purchase that?

You can download and install REDitor II, which also supports 2K10 files, from here: http://reditor.red-mods.com/setup_REDitorII_v4.7.exe
And purchase it via the Help -> Order... dialog box.
Thank you for your interest!

In order to edit the college probabilities used by the Draft generator in Association mode, should i edit the roster file or the association save file?

If you have an on-going Asso, you can edit it, so the changes will take effect, when it comes for the next generation of rookies.
If you edit a roster file, then every Asso, based on it, will use the new probabilities from the very first generation of rookies.

How come every time I try to edit something then try to load it in game, my game crashes.

Could you specify you problem in more details?
What roster do you try to edit? Have you tried to load-save it with RED MC without applying any edits and with an eventual attempt to load it in-game?

Help!

Problem importing players.csv...

I answered your PM regarding this question.

Something BIG is coming soon. Stay tuned, guys! ;) And thank you for your attitude to modding! (Y)
