mycareer editing

i wanted to kno how i can change shoes in mycareer for example lebron shoe file how can i replace the shoe file he wears in the game with the one i download replacing the default shoes with ones i want him to wear??? this is in my career meaning i cannot manually edit lebron shoes or accessories thnks in advance
